In the MPA all the allowed and forbidden activities are managed in detail by a definitive regulation (n°299) issued by the Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio del Mare, with a decree dated 03/12/2014; it forbids the ancoring in the zones A and C, except for sandy or pebbly seabed areas and purposely equipped and circumscribed areas. lt’s not allowed: underwater fishing, jet-skiing and all water sports with the use of dragging equipment.
